GARRETT CUSACK

Profile

Garrett Cusack is a senior associate at Muchmore & Hollander LLP. He joined the firm in 2019 after graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2019, where he served as an Editor of the Journal of Business & Technology Law. Since joining the firm, Garrett has litigated scores of complex commercial cases, including construction and real estate disputes, special proceedings under the New York Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law, public works project delay claims, fiduciary and contractual duties of co-owners of closely held corporate entities, and First Amendment issues. He has successfully litigated dozens of complex commercial cases, recovered millions of dollars for his clients, and lodged a successful constitutional challenge to the NYC Avigation Law. He is also fluent in Spanish.
