DANIEL BERKE

Profile

Daniel Berke represents clients in commercial litigation, general liability, and complex tort claims. Daniel is seasoned trial attorney. He has conducted over 100 trials across the five boroughs of New York City. Daniel serves as Senior Counsel to Muchmore & Hollander LLP, where his practice focuses on negligence defense, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. Daniel also serves as the Managing Member of Berke & Associates PLLC, where he litigates negligence cases that are approaching trial or have a high likelihood of trial. Dan is frequently called upon last minute to join the trial team and play a crucial role in developing trial strategies.  Dan obtained a B.A. from the University of Michigan and J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
